What Does It Mean If an Agent Is in Pending QC or Incomplete Status?

Overview

An agent in Pending QC or Incomplete Status has started the process of creating their free profile with SOLD.com but has not yet activated their account. Activation is necessary for the agent to become eligible for referrals.

Why Is the Agent in This Status?

  • Pending QC:

    • The agent has created their profile but has not attended the required onboarding webinar.
  • Incomplete:

    • The agent may have started creating their profile but has not finished completing all necessary fields.

Steps to Activate the Account

  1. Complete the Profile:

    • Ensure all required information (name, email, zip codes, brokerage info, etc.) is filled out in the agent portal.
  2. Attend the Onboard Webinar:

  3. Automatic Activation:

    • Once the webinar is completed, the agent’s account will be automatically activated.

Key Considerations

  • Agents in Pending QC or Incomplete status are not eligible for referrals until their account is fully activated.
  • Reps should verify the agent’s profile completeness and remind them about attending the webinar.

Example Talk Track for Reps

“Thanks for reaching out! It looks like your account is currently in Pending QC/Incomplete status. This means your profile is not yet active. To activate your account and start receiving referrals, you’ll need to attend our onboarding webinar. You can register here: www.bigmarker.com/sold-com/About-SOLD-com-Webinar?utm_bmcr_source=AgentSuccess. Once completed, your account will automatically activate, and you’ll become eligible for referrals. Let me know if you need help registering or have any other questions!”

Key Points for Reps

  • Always check the agent’s profile status in Salesforce before responding.
  • Encourage agents to attend the onboarding webinar as soon as possible to expedite activation.
  • Use the registration link provided to guide agents through the process.

This process ensures agents understand how to activate their account and become eligible for referral
