Can an agent switch/swap a zips code?

  1. Ask the agent what zip code(s) they want to drop, and which zip code(s) they want to pick up

  2. Go to sherpa and search the new zip codes they want to add to ensure they are available

  3. If the zip codes are available, submit a ticket under the category SGD Zip Swap, filling in all applicable fields 

  4. If new zip codes are unavailable advise agent, and see if they would like to look at other options, but you can also add them to a waitlist
