If an agent reaches out saying stop emailing me or doesn't want to be in network anymore the below items should be checked first:
1. Are they SGD?
2. Are they Preferred Agent (or Changed Brokerage) - NOT SGD ?
3. Are they in Pending QC or Incomplete or New (any status signifying they've never been onboarded)
If they are SGD
- Confirm that agent is looking to cancel their account, if they didn't explicitly state cancel or remove them. If they confirm yes, proceed with cancellation process.
Preferred Agent/Changed Brokerage (not SGD)
- Move Agent Status in Salesforce to "disqualified - Agent request"
Pending QC/New/Incomplete Status
- Move agent status in salesforce to "not Interested"
No matter what the reason, be sure to log activity on the salesforce status as to why any updates were made.
