Where can I input the agents DRE (License number)

In SF on the agents details page at the very bottom there is a field that states Agent license number.  You can edit the field here and tell the agent it can take up to 48 hours to reflect in their portal.

What if an agent in a Disqualified status wants to come back into the network?

As long as the agent wasn't disqualified for a reason that violated SOLD.com policies, or failure to pay referral fees. The rep can use their best judgment in allowing them back in the network. To reactivate move their Contact Status to Preferred Agent and note the activity.
