How can I tell when the agent's initial term expires (6 mos. Or 1 year)

  1. Go the agent Salesforce Contact
  2. Scroll to Transaction Section
  3. open to view all
  4. Once in the transactions section look for the 'Open' Transaction, and scroll to the right to see the due date. 

 

The due date will show the next date they are billed.
