Accessing Call queues

  1. Begin your day by logging into salesforce here

 

  1. Once in Salesforce access your contact list 

 

  1. Find the applicable call list you want to start to dial



 

  1. Select the people from the list you want to call either using the select all option or individually checking each box. Remember Phoneburner calls from the bottom of the contacts selected first, sort accordingly.   

 

  1. Once applicable contacts are selected go to the right side of your screen and select “Begin Phone burner session”

 

  1. Then, click “Begin Dial Session”

 

  1. It will then launch a new PhoneBurner page where you will click “Continue”

  1. Your dialing set should appear as below, then click Continue

 

  1. Using the “Phone” Option, copy the phone number listed and paste it into RingCentral and it will automatically launch your dial session. (do not use the browser to dial)

 

  1. Once the phone line is connected you will be taken to a screen to start your dial session, once ready click “Start Dialing” which will immediately begin to call the first person on your list. 

 





 

 

  1. After each call update the Onboard status based on attempt number until reaching the final Unable to reach status
