Go to the SGD pricing tool in Sherpa and search the agents name or email address. You will then see as pictured below it gives the break down
Click on transaction number, Scroll all the way down and there will be an Error Message. If it shows the below language then most likely you will need to re enter everything and try again as you must have entered it wrong.
