What if an agent wants to be removed from the network (Not SGD)

First ensure the agent is not SGD then follow the below steps: 

 

  1. Move their status to “Disqualified - agent request”.
  2. Please note this will also trigger an email to them, confirming removal and advising them a referral fee would still be due in the case they close one of our existing referrals in the future.
  3. Log activity as to why the request was made. 

 

If the agent is SGD DO NOT move to disqualified. Submit a ticket for request to cancel
