What is a blacklisted agent
Agent who can never receive referrals from us due to a violation of SOLD.com policies or failures to pay referral fees. They are not allowed back into the network without management approval. No rep should move an agent to blacklisted status, this is only a field a manager can update.
What if an agent wants to be removed from the network (Not SGD)
