If your ring central phone isnt working I would recommend trying the following steps: 

1. Try calling your ringcentral phone from your personal cell phone

2. If that doesnt work, shutdown the ringcentral app and restart it.

3. If that doesnt work, restart your computer.

Once you've tried all those steps, and it still isnt working reach out to your direct manager.
