SOLD.com provides two different types of referrals: Active appointments, and passive referrals. Appointments are easy to understand but in some cases there are questions about how to work Passive referrals. The Concierge team is working hard to make contact with every consumer who visits our site, but in some cases it takes longer than expected and we do not want to hold those clients back from you. This is where Passive referrals come in. Passive referrals provide you the name and address for all clients who come to our site while our Concierge is still working to make contact. In the zip codes you sponsor, you get exclusive access to their phone number and email address. These are raw leads that our concierge team has not yet scrubbed but a great way to do targeted marketing.
