There is no required cost to join the SOLD.com Preferred Agent network, we collect a 35% referral fee at the time of any successfully closed referral.

Please note we do have optional add on programs like Guaranteed Display which enables agents to increase their agent ranking, but to join our network there is no cost. If they are a member of Guaranteed Display it drops their referral fee down to 30%
