What is the referral fee based on?

The SOLD.com referral fee is due based on the gross commission earned. Meaning before anyone else is paid.

For example, if a home sells for $350,000 and our agent had a listing fee of 3% the gross commission of that sale would be $10,500. The SOLD.com 35% referral fee would be 35% of the $10,500 gross commission which would mean $3,675 is to be paid to SOLD.com at the time of successful closing of referral. There are no minimums or maximums to referrals fees paid.
