We have an integration with the MLS, so whether you alert us through your portal of a new listing, or the MLS gives us the update we have a Transaction Coordinator who at the time of your listing sends out a congrats email where we ask for all the closing companies information. They then stay in touch with you and the closing company until that file is closed. Ideally we are paid out through the closing statement via wire, but in other cases we have a check cut from you or the broker that is then mailed to us. But our Transaction Coordinator will reach out at that time to provide you with all the necessary information.
