Hours for Appointments: What are the traditional hours the concierge team abides by when setting up appointments?
Our concierge works 9-5pm PST, Monday - Friday. We are closed on all national holidays.
“Can I tell you who to follow up with?”
If there is a specific client that the agent feels like would be a good person for our concierge to get in touch with to better position the agent based on recent contact or mailers/emails, etc, the agent should update the portal notes for that specific client and our concierge will reach out.
How much does Concierge try to connect with passive leads?
Our team follows up indefinitely unless someone tells us to put them on the DNC or not interested.
What time zone are the appointments set up in?
Appointments will always be set up in the time zone you work in.
