Why would an Active referral in the portal show XXX?

The agent made an update to a status in their portal of a passive referral, reflecting that they are following up or working with the client. This would upgrade this from a passive to an active. The contact details would still remind XX out

What is an active referral?

An active referrals is someone SOLD.com set an appointment for and you are the agent who claimed it. In rare cases consumers can also select you as part of our recommendation emails which would also be an active referral. You can see all of your active referrals in your portal under the active tab

Are these confirmed appointments?

Each consumer gets a confirmation email as soon as the appointment has been claimed by an agent. The consumer then also receives a reminder text 24 hours prior, and 1 hour prior to the appointment.
