Pause Appointments: What happens if I am out on vacation for a few weeks, can I do phone consultations or what happens to those appointments?

There is no way to pause referrals, but good news is if you receive a referral opportunity text and you're not available, whether due to vacation or general schedule you can either ignore the text or reject the referral. This will not negatively effect your scorecard or rank.

Does the agent get a text once a referral has been claimed?

How long do I have to accept a appointment via text before it's sent to the other agents in line?

Depending on your rank you will receive the opportunity to claim a referral appointment via text at different times. We text agents in the order in which they are ranked. Are these confirmed appointments?

Each consumer gets a confirmation email as soon as the appointment has been claimed by an agent. The consumer then also receives a reminder text 24 hours prior, and 1 hour prior to the appointment.
