How many referrals/leads should the agent expect to receive?

We would love to be able to tell you exactly how many referrals you should expect to receive but there are a lot of variables that can affect your referral volume. Our Concierge works hard to make contact with all leads that come through our site. In some cases it takes multiple attempts to make contact, or the client is not ready to meet with an agent, because of this your referral volume may fluctuate month to month. Seasonality also plays a part, just like in your own business you may see different volumes at certain times of the year compared to others. Lastly, you can play a part in your referral appointment opportunities by being quick to reply to text appointments. If you have a delay in accepting referrals, you could miss out on opportunities. The key is accepting the referral within 2 minutes of the received text message.
