Depending on your rank you will receive the opportunity to claim a referral appointment via text at different times. We text agents in the order in which they are ranked. 

Agents ranked in the top 5 each have 30 minutes to reply before we text the next agent. 

For example: 

First we text agent 1, if they do not reply or reject the referral within 30 minutes, we now text agent ranked 2, after 30 minutes of no reply we text agent 3, and so on through agent ranked 5. Once we text agent ranked 5 if no one has claimed the referral we then start to text agents up to 10 agents at a time which is where speed to lead will come in play.
