What does it mean to ‘boost’ a zip code?
Same thing as buying a zip code, sponsoring a zip code, SGD. Different ways to say the same thing. The agent will see the option to "boost a zip code" in their portal under service areas as pictured below. If they click the button it will take them to being able to self service purchase SGD
Why can an agent have a different ranking in each zip code?
They are ranked against other agents in the zip code so if there are less agents their rank could be lower in one zip code.
